I encountered this racer on 94 at Weaver Lake Road in Maple Grove. The speed limit is 60MPH but this guy, a little over as you can see as he comes across three lanes and trying to slow down. All this so he could wait at the red light. No surprise to me is when I seen him at a gas station filling up a few moments later I guess he didn't realize there were two left turn lanes.
