This sign might have well said "Traffic Sucks".
Why is this necessary? Where else would you stop?
This must have quite the back up.
Whatever happened to the zipper merge from a few years ago? It must have worked to well and was abandoned.

Heck no Dale, I don't think anyone learn anything from this "zipper" training. Just come down to Shakopee on Highway 101 going into Chaska/Chanhassen...not very many know how to zipper merge with an entire bridge lenght lane to do the merging in. Go figure that it takes 20 min. on a dry day to leave Shakopee.
Is that sign actually on the road? Who can read it going 75 mph?
