With the right lane open why wouldn't you just go around? Because if your stupid enough to drive without your seat belt then why wouldn't you tailgate also? Just because you can afford a Lexus doesn't mean you have common sense and you can't buy or teach common sense.
No signals, no problems. Crossing the apex? No problem either.

I've noticed that the more expensive the car, the more entitled the driver feels. I've been tempted to make an "I Brake for Tailgaters" bumper sticker but I have a feeling that my insurance company wouldn't find it amusing.
