I do understand when people are unfamiliar with there whereabouts. With all the maps on the Internet, GPS systems a person can buy and the big signs telling us what roads we are approaching some people still just don't have a clue until they are right on top of their exit. I watched this Jeep decide about 10 times if they would or wouldn't move into the right lane. They finally did. I do not find it surprising that they are in the left almost immediately when entering 494. Some people just don't learn from life's lessons.
