No Respect

Here is a guy who never looked to see where he was going. Probably a lot like his life. I was traveling at 55MPH on 94 and did I mention he had his 4-ways on. Yeah, what are you going to do? There he goes off cutting in front of a Metro Mobility van.......

Hi Dale,

I've always enjoyed your comments on Roadguy. Keep up the good job of telling us about Life 8 Feet Up.

I think today's drivers throw caution to the wind. If they get hit, insurance will pick it up; after all, someone's vehicle hit them and not vice versa. It seems to be a "dare you to hit me" mindset with a lot of drivers. To see a vehicle pull out right in front of you when you're less than three parking spaces away from them is scary. You have to slam on your brakes to avoid hitting them and just hope you can stop in enough time.

I go by the "Expect the Unexpected" motto when I drive. On city streets I drive the posted speed as it seems there are worse drivers on side streets.
