I often wonder why we didn't have to pay for a study in this area? This certainly as bad as the 35W ramp just ahead. I am sure a few double white lines here would be just as ignored as every where else. The guy on the bridge looks oblivious to the traffic jam.

I have to admire bonehead engineering, where an "exit only" is placed right in front of merging traffic. You have practically no time to get to the exit, since the merging traffic is blocking you. I'm sure every city has this.
