Blocking a lane is not only illegal it is also a pain in my ass because guess where all these cars are going to go? If you look down the road you can see a snowplow so Mr. Wannabeacop decided to police the left lane and keep traffic moving. There is no way to know what happened behind us but the way the cars were driving to get behind this dummy I wouldn't be surprised if there was a few wrecks.
