There is nothing I could say about this that could even remotely explain this.
The way this guy drives he might want to keep his bumper stickers. One of them might come in handy.

Hi - this is the first time I have read your blog. It appears we share many of the same pet peeves. Anyone who hates what I hate is my friend.
Here is my question for you - since many of the photos you take of idiots doing illegal things show the license numbers...couldnt the State Patrol mail these people some tickets if they saw these pics?

Welcome my new friend Paula. I don't have an answer for your question. I would think they would have to witness the actions themselves. I don't know how a photo of a truck driver would do in court.

It would be a lot of work for you to do this - and all they do is send a letter - but in case you are really bored some day!

I have tried that before but I'm not sure how far it goes. It might be like the dead letter office. I try not to get too upset at what I see everyday, although, I have a few posts where I rant about a few morons.
Paula, that's a good question, but I'm sure Dale wouldn't mind at all if some of these bozos were issued tickets from the pics he's taken. I too have the same issues with other drivers as you and Dale do, and I also just found this blog...and I absolutely love it. Thank You Dale!
