Maybe this guys plate is an acronym for Idiots Out Wandering Around Yonder? What I can't figure out is if one is to cut across four lanes of somewhat heavy traffic, why not get to the front of the pack? Slamming your brakes on at 70 plus isn't that great for your rotors. Talking on the phone and reading while driving probably isn't the best driving habits you can have either.

To be fair, not all Iowans drive that way. But, when you see Iowa plates, be careful. Be VERY careful!
I am not even sure where this guy is from, but with Minnesota plates he fits right in.
I wonder if there is some compound aggression going on here. Look how much the medium duty and trailer combo is jumping the gun to get to the ramp in front of him.
I've seen this driver around.. that is the typical driving habits.
