I usually had the opposite problem, though: everyone would slow down to 55 while it was still 65 for at least a mile since people can't push on the pedal to adjust for going up a hill.
Sean, I still have that problem. I consider myself lucky if they hit 55!
And...no one from 610 can figure out they are supposed to merge...not try and run me out of the right lane when I need to maintain my position to exit at 85th.
I was born and raised in Norf Minneapolis by blue collar parents. I really don't give a shit what anybody says or thinks about me, so if you don't like me, fuck off.

I also agree with Sean, and especially on that bridge, seems that they forget it is still 65 up until just before 85th Ave.
