I might harp a little too much about the 94 and 35W interchange, but come on. This nice lady was even decent enough to wave at me, but I only seen one finger. I wonder if she was upset because she slowed to 30MPH and I was too close for her liking or maybe because no one was letting her move over. Whatever pissed her off a little brushing up on some statutes wouldn't hurt and to think, us taxpayers paid $1,000,000 for two white stripes that are always ignored. So much for improving traffic flow.
