You should setup a top 10 list or something. I'd bet this type of driving behavior would rank somewhere towards the top!
The scary thing is, that she even has a license.
I actually seen worse today, although it didn't affect me directly. A top 10 list would be too short, should be like a top 1000 list.
Your assuming she has a license. I just hope she doesn't have kids.
