Car Pool Lane

Here is another of the blatant law breakers. The car pool lane? This guy all by himself, yeah, no kids in the back, I looked. I guess he is just above the law. We need traffic laws so we don't have total anarchy, right? Maybe driving a purple car has it's privileges.
