More Red Lights?

I know this is an everyday occurrence. People are going to run red lights at any opportunity they get. I wonder why the blue wagon has a black door on it? Past practice? What about the guy on the bike? If you look just to the right of the rider you can see that the green light was for cross traffic. I guess he can take a left on red. Then there's the Ruan semi, I'll wait. No problem. You go.
