This guy came off of 35W onto east 494. As you can see he was ahead of me by a few car lengths. His decision to slow down didn't help me out. As he moved in front of me I was moving about 55MPH with the white Cadillac next to me. He basically put himself in a no win situation. All this so he could exit at Lyndale. Why is it so hard to accelerate when entering a roadway? Is he thinking "I'm exiting right up here so I don't need to get up to highway speeds?" Yes I seen him coming and knocked my cruise control off and yes I slowed down but I can't change physics and perpetual motion.
