Jaywalker Or Deathwish?

This might not look like a really big deal, but the van pulling out of the driveway had to wait as lil' missy here was in a not so big hurry to get to the bus stop. Would she be a Jacquilineass? I'm not really sure what you would call a woman. Anybody?
