An update here is the truck was stopped and a gust of wind blew it over.

Looks like a "first you say it, then you do it" moment if I ever saw one. Hope everyone was OK.
Looks like a slow burn to me. I wonder if "Jake the douche bag" is lurking out there gigling.
Looks like it rolled over after stopping. No snow plowed up in front but there is some plowed up by the trailer where it slid a foot or two. The load must be really top heavy.
That wouldn't surprise me at all if it was just a little top heavy. It almost looks as if it could be empty and a big huge gust of wind tipped it over.
