As a commercial driver, I see impatient all too often. There is no excuse for passing in a "No Passing" zone. I have had similar incidents in Andover where Verdin Street is a "T" intersection with 161st Avenue NW. One fellow passed me, only to slow way down after he saw a squad car on the side of the road.
